高瓦斯特厚煤层条件下首分层抽采技术实践

摘要: 0102102综采面位于厚煤层首采分层,具有瓦斯含量高、涌出量大、煤层透气性好的特点。结合该采区地质条件,综合分析工作面瓦斯涌出原因,建立立体网格式瓦斯抽采体系,开采前期采取向本煤层施工定向钻孔、底板穿层钻孔、顺层钻孔,邻近层施工定向钻孔的抽放方案,使煤层瓦斯含量下降到6.57m3/t,可解吸瓦斯量为3.75m3/t,抽采率达到82%|开采期间采取本煤层施工顺层钻孔抽采配合工作面上隅角预埋管、高位钻孔、地面钻孔和瓦斯巷埋管等抽放方案,使瓦斯抽放量达到79.2m3/min,工作面瓦斯浓度稳定在0.32%~0.42%,上隅角瓦斯浓度稳定在0.62%~0.76%,回风流瓦斯浓度稳定在0.48%~0.58%。

Abstract: As the first mining layered of a special thick seam, Fully mechanized mining face 0102102 has a Characteristics of high gas content and emission and a high permeability coal seams. Based on geological conditions, And analysis of the main sources of influence Face Gas Emission.Through the three-dimensional grid of Comprehensive Extraction Technology,Using present seam extraction technology of Directional drilling、Cross - seam Holes、drilled along seam and adjacent layer drainage technology of Directional drilling pre-drainage gas. During mining ,Also using drilled along seam in present seam combine with gob gas drainage technology of buried pipe in The upper corner、high position boring、Surface borehole and buried pipe in gas tunnel,Then a large amount of pressure relief gas is drainage pertinently. Gas decreased by 70%,the volume of gas pumping recovery period reached 79.2 m3/min. And ensure the safety mining in first Mining Era of Thick and High Gas Seam.
